By Approving this proof and/or quote you accept all responsibility of print information and billing charges. Over-runs and under-runs may occur during production. Please note that all price quotes are valid for 30 days. A service charge may be computed at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on accounts showing past due balances. Minimum service charge is $0.50

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
